SHIPPING METHODS:

Standard Ground shipments may be shipped via either USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground at our discretion.
Priority Mail shipments usually take 2-3 days to arrive, but this time frame is not guaranteed.
We are on the West Coast, so USPS shipments may take up to 5
business days from date of shipment.
(Holidays and weekend days are not counted in transit time.)
A shipment to the East Coast, for example, usually takes one full week from the date you order to arrive via USPS.

MILITARY ADDRESSES

Due to recent restrictions imposed by the US Postal Service we do not ship to military addresses, (APO, AFO, etc).

Important Information for Canadian & International Customers

We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to
accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to
arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government.
Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges and receive no portion of them.
On some international shipments a "disbursement" or "advancement fee" is charged by the shipping company. We also have no control over these charges and receive no portion of them.

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure or any reason, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as any duties, taxes, disbursement fees or additional charges that we incur as a result.
