Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

At Urban Bratz your satisfaction with our product is always guaranteed.
We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item.
Therefore, we want to make this process as easy as possible for you.

All returns must be made within 14 days of ship date unused,
unwashed, in original condition and packaging, (excluding gift packaging),
for a complete refund, (excluding shipping charges),
Each returned boxed item must have a Urban Bratz return authorization number.

Please have the following information ready when calling for return:

Invoice Date
Invoice Number

Upon agreement to accept goods for credit or exchange, your customer service representative will issue the RMA number.

Where do I send my return or exchange?

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. The return package should have the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package and shipped to the address that will be provided by contacting us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. What are your exchange charges?


An item purchased as an exchange is considered a new purchase and will need to be charged prior to shipping.
(The freight cost will be waived on exchange within US CONTINENT)
. Once the return item is received, the credit will be issued for the cost of the original item.

What about Web Specials/Closeout Items?

Sales of web specials/closeout items are final. No returns or exchanges will be permitted for such items. Web specials/closeout items are items listed in the Closeout or Web specials categories.
